Course booking form

This booking form allows you to book you place at the course. Please tick the course you are interested in and tick the days which would work with your weekly schedule. The day for the class will be chosen based on the submitted booking forms. You are going to receive information to your email about the starting date of the course and full list of required materials from artist@mariyamcallister.com at least two weeks in advance.
