We not keep your personal data for any longer than is necessary in light of the reason(s) for which it was first collected. Your personal data will therefore be kept for the following periods (or, where there is no fixed period, the following factors will be used to determine how long it is kept):

  • For the duration of your course
  • And a further 36 months so that we are able to send you information on our classes that may be of interest to you. You are able to opt out at any time, and in doing so we will delete your data.

We also allow access to your personal data only to those who have a business need to know such data. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they must keep it confidential.
