This still life composition was arranged by me in 2014. The painting was started only in 2017, after I gave birth to my son James.
I would look after little baby James and when I get a bit of time to myself, I would set up my painting studio and keep painting while he was sleeping. Not an easy task…
I love the colours and textures, shadows and highlights. One of my favourites!
