For all skill levels
Group booking
I’d be very happy to visit your group and demonstrate drawing or painting along with a lively narration or lead a workshop which can be tailored to your needs. I am teaching watercolour painting, acrylic painting and drawing with graphite or colour pencils.
Drawing
Drawing is a fundamental skill for all artistic disciplines. Regular sketching from life or reference photograph is highly beneficial. During our session I am going to show you in a few steps how to draw the chosen subject. First stage is the composition and sketching subject using simple shapes and adjusting proportions. During second stage I would work on the creating the outlines for the subject. Third stage is about shading and adding details.
Watercolour painting
My watercolour workshops are designed with beginners in mind, as I am going to demonstrate step by step how to complete the painting of a chosen subject. I am going to show you a range of watercolour techniques like wet-on-wet, wet-on-dry and lifting methods which would be beneficial for our topic. By the end of the session you'll gain a deep understanding of how to manipulate watercolours to create stunning effects.
Acrylic painting
During acrylic workshop I am going to introduce you to materials, colour mixing and show you fundamental techniques such as blending, layering, and texture creation to bring your paintings to life. The project is split into three stages: 1. Base colour and basic shading, 2. Second colour layer with shading, 3. Details. I am going to do a short demonstration before each of the stages.
Subject
From still life, flowers, birds, animals, landscapes, seascapes to portraits or human figure, you could choose any subject you like.
Personalised feedback and support
