Purchasing an artwork, print, card or workshop does not transfer copyright to you. Copyright always remains with the artist.

5. Artworks, Prints and Cards

We make every effort to describe and display products accurately. However, colours may vary depending on your screen or device, and we cannot guarantee colour accuracy. Original artworks and handmade items may contain natural variations and minor imperfections consistent with their handmade nature.

5.2 Prices

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

5.3 Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers or customs. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the item has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.

6. Payments

Payments made through the Website are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details. You agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the relevant payment provider when making a purchase.

7. Workshops

Workshop bookings are governed by our Workshop Terms and Conditions and are not covered by the Returns and Refunds Policy. By booking a workshop, you confirm that you have read and agree to both documents.

8. Workshop Gift Vouchers

Workshop gift vouchers may be redeemed only against in-person art workshops offered by Mariya McAllister, unless otherwise stated. Workshop Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for artworks, prints, greeting cards or other products sold on the Website. Workshop Gift vouchers may be transferred to another person and must be redeemed before any stated expiry date. Any expiry period will be clearly displayed at the time of purchase.

The use of workshop gift vouchers, including redemption and attendance, is governed by our Workshop Terms and Conditions. Refunds leading or relating to workshop gift vouchers are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy.

9. Returns and Refunds

Purchases of artworks, prints, greeting cards, other physical products and workshop gift vouchers are subject to our Returns and Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
